The Regent Hotel has recently been refurbished with furnishings to a high standard, and comprises 18 rooms on three floors. There is a residents lounge and bar area. The rooms are very comfortable, each with colour television, central heating, hair dryers, tea & coffee making facilities, telephones and internet access points. Bathroom facilities are shared between two or three rooms. A limited number of en-suite rooms are available.The hotel is situated approximately 1.5 miles north along the riverside road (Dock Road) from the City Centre.
