Proof of membership required at arrival time to confirm AAA Rate. DEPOSIT RULES - 200.00 (USD) deposit and 20.00 (USD) processing fee is required to confirm the reservation. The 200.00 (USD) serves as a security deposit in the case of DAMAGES and is refundable 5 days after departure. The processing fee is not refundable. This deposit and processing fee must be paid by major credit card or personal check in advance of receiving confirmation. It infers the renter is in agreement with this document. Rental payment must be received in full 30 days prior to arrival unless arranged for differently. A personal check may be used if paying 30 days in advance. Otherwise credit card or certified payment must be used. If payment not received as agreed, the confirmation will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. CANCEL RULES - 14 days or less from arrival date, lose deposit and 2 night's rental. Cancel 15-30 days, lose deposit. Cancel 31 days or more from arrival date, deposit will be refunded.
