Special Conditions The hotel charges a resort fee of $7.50 per night which covers all local call, 1-800 calls and calling card calls up to 60 minutes. Free incoming and out going faxes up to 10 pages, use of portable CD players poolside. The hotel may charge an early departure fee of $75 unless the hotel is notified prior to check-in. As of June 11, 2003, all boat and RV parking must be approved by the General Manager. It is the hotel's policy not to allow boats or RV's to be parked on property.
